Fleet Management System
The goal of the project is to design a fleet management technology system to provide a central hub for customer's fleet data to optimize the performance of fleet management including Inventory and transaction management, ordering, reporting and data analytics.
My Role as lead designer
Responsible for creating UX planning and estimate for entire project including timeline, resource and budget
Manage and oversee all research and design activities
Collaborate and review all design work from other designers
Communication between clients and development team
Hands on design work on wireframes and interaction documentation
Create an interactive prototype for usability testing
